Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers

• Effectively showcase and promote products and services

• Assess customer needs and propose appropriate solutions

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Address objections and manage customer concerns in a professional manner

• Stay updated with product knowledge, promotions, and training

• Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources

• Escalate complex issues as necessary

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements

• Assist with outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio

• Engage both existing and prospective customers, enhance revenue through consultative selling, and foster relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or its equivalent

• Prior experience in a call center environment

• Experience working from home

• Strong command of the English language

• High proficiency in English

• Typing speed of 20 words per minute or more

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Quiet and suitable work environment

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up

• Capable of multitasking and self-managing effectively

• Must live within 80 kilometers of the office

• Must have authorization to work in the Philippines

• Required to complete screening questions and a brief pre-employment test

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting

• Must agree to drug screening
