Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers

• Introduce and market products and services

• Determine customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance standards

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities

• Professionally address objections and resolve customer issues

• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and training

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources

• Refer complex issues to higher authorities when necessary

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements

• Assist in outbound sales activities for a varied client portfolio

• Engage with both existing and prospective customers to enhance revenue through consultative selling and relationship development

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience in a call center environment

• Experience working from home

• Strong command of the English language

• High proficiency in English

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• A suitable, quiet workspace

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems

• Proficient in troubleshooting and following up

• Capable of multitasking and managing oneself effectively

• Must live within 80km of the office location

• Must have authorization to work in the country where the position is based

• Must consent to a Level II background and/or security investigation including fingerprinting

• Must agree to drug screening

• Must complete the full application, screening questions, and pre-employment assessment
