Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and current customers.

• Introduce and advocate for products and services.

• Determine customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance standards.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and professionally resolve customer issues.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and training.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, procedures, and utilize available resources.

• Refer complex issues to higher authorities when needed.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling demands.

• Assist outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Interact with both existing and potential customers, generate revenue through consultative selling, and nurture relationships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of the English language.

• High proficiency in English.

• Typing speed of 20 or more words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• Suitable and quiet workspace.

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Competent in troubleshooting and follow-up procedures.

• Must reside within 80 km of the office location.

• Must possess authorization to work in the country where the position is based.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation involving fingerprinting.

• Must agree to drug screening.

• Completion of a comprehensive application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment assessment is required.
