Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both prospective and existing clients.

• Showcase and advocate for products and services offered.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales objectives and performance benchmarks.

• Keep precise records of customer engagements and sales activities.

• Address objections and resolve customer issues efficiently.

• Remain updated on product information, promotions, and training.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, protocols, and available resources.

• Refer complex issues to higher management when needed.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Assist in outbound sales efforts for a varied client portfolio.

• Connect with current and prospective customers, boosting revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Previous experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command or high proficiency in the English language.

• Typing speed of 20+ words per minute.

• High-speed internet connection is necessary.

• A suitable, quiet workspace is required.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up processes.

• Ability to multitask and manage oneself effectively.

• Must live within 80km of the office location.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Must agree to undergo a Level II background check and/or security investigation with fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug testing.

• Completion of the entire application process, including screening questions and pre-employment assessments.
