Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to both potential and current customers.

• Effectively present and promote products and services.

• Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

• Achieve or surpass sales goals and performance indicators.

• Keep precise records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Address objections and resolve customer issues in a professional manner.

• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and training opportunities.

• Adhere to scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources.

• Refer complex issues to higher authorities when necessary.

• Maintain regular attendance and comply with scheduling requirements.

• Assist in outbound sales efforts for a diverse client portfolio.

• Connect with existing and prospective customers, driving revenue through consultative selling and relationship development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Prior experience in a call center environment.

• Experience working from home.

• Strong command of the English language.

• Typing speed of 20 or more words per minute.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection.

• A suitable, quiet workspace.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting and follow-up processes.

• Capable of multitasking and self-managing efficiently.

• Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.

• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security investigation involving fingerprinting.

• Must consent to drug screening.

• Must live within 80 km of the office.
