This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
⢠Identify and cultivate a client portfolio within the sector, enhancing product diversity and increasing sales volume.
⢠Perform technical and commercial visits to assess client needs and recommend optimal solutions.
⢠Negotiate proposals and finalize orders in alignment with commercial policies (pricing, terms, conditions, promotions, and targets).
⢠Oversee orders, deliveries, and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and swiftly resolve any issues.
⢠Analyze the market and competitors in the region, providing insights on opportunities, trends, and forecasts within the CRM.
⢠Proven experience in field sales in the textile industry, including regular customer visits.
⢠Consultative approach and strong communication skills to offer product application advice and facilitate negotiations.
⢠Strong commercial organization and discipline (scheduling, pipeline management, target tracking, reporting) with proficiency in CRM/Excel.
⢠Valid Category B driver's license (CNH) and readiness for travel/regional coverage based on the client portfolio.
