This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• We are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join and enhance our sales team immediately.

• Independently seek new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients.

• Responsible for acquiring new clients and managing ongoing relationships within the emergency services sector.

• Establish and cultivate long-term customer relationships to effectively meet their needs.

• Showcase and demonstrate our digital solutions to clients at trade shows and various events.

• Develop and execute strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

• Prepare and follow up on proposals, as well as participate in contract negotiations and tender/procurement processes.

• Work collaboratively with the specialist team to create customized solutions for our customers.


⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in a relevant field, such as Health Economics, Rescue Engineering, Business Administration with a healthcare emphasis, or IT.

• Alternatively, vocational training in emergency medical services (e.g., Emergency Medical Technician, Paramedic) with preferred sales experience.

• Strong communication skills and a passion for presenting complex systems in an easily understandable manner.

• Technical aptitude and a keen interest in learning about innovative digital solutions.

• Excellent teamwork abilities and problem-solving skills.

• Self-motivated, ambitious, and enjoy understanding customer needs to provide tailored solutions.

• Proficient in both German and English at a business/negotiation level.

• Possession of a Class B driving license.

• A readiness to take responsibility and act independently.
