📋 Description

• Identify and cultivate new business prospects through strategic outreach, networking, referrals, and focused lead generation.

• Conduct discovery meetings with potential clients to grasp their operational needs, business challenges, and growth aspirations.

• Present and showcase technology solutions in a manner that effectively conveys business value and operational advantages.

• Create detailed quotes, proposals, and commercial offers customized to client specifications.

• Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

• Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales objectives while contributing to overall company growth and market expansion.

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both potential and current clients through transparent and professional communication.

• Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the sales process, demonstrating reliability and dedication to client success.

• Actively listen to comprehend client requirements and provide tailored business solutions that address their unique needs.

• Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation outcomes.

• Serve as a bridge between client expectations and internal capabilities, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the engagement.

• Develop and maintain a robust understanding of technology solutions, business workflows, and digital transformation services.

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.

• Continuously enhance your product knowledge and consultative selling skills through ongoing training and professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in sales, business development, or technology sales.

• Proven success managing complete sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.

• Experience in building and sustaining strong client relationships within a B2B context.

• History of meeting or surpassing sales targets and performance objectives.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to clearly articulate complex concepts.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to comprehend business operations and translate client needs into actionable solutions.

• Proficiency in time management, organization, and task prioritization.

• Negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex sales discussions effectively.

• Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Resilient and adaptable in a competitive, fast-paced sales environment.

• Basic understanding of business workflows, including accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations.

• Familiarity with technology solutions and their application in business settings.

• Knowledge of how digital transformation affects organizational efficiency and growth.
