This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lebanon.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, referrals, and lead generation.
• Conduct meetings with clients to comprehend their operational needs and business challenges.
• Present and showcase ERP and technology solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth.
• Establish and sustain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Ensure consistent follow-up and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.
• Understand client requirements and deliver customized business solutions.
• Uphold high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the company during the sales journey.
• Collaborate closely with technical and implementation teams throughout the sales and onboarding processes.
• Facilitate project handovers to guarantee a seamless client onboarding and implementation experience.
• Clearly communicate client requirements to internal teams.
• Assist clients during both the pre-sales and post-sales phases when necessary.
• Ensure consistent follow-up on project progress and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a strong understanding of ERP systems, website solutions, software services, and digital transformation solutions.
• Comprehend core business operations, including accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operational workflows.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor solutions, and emerging technologies.
• Effectively convey the business value and operational advantages of ERP solutions.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and consultative selling abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in tech sales or business development.
• Basic understanding of ERP systems, websites, eCommerce platforms, and business workflows such as accounting, inventory, HR, CRM, procurement, and operations.
• Ability to translate technical ERP and AI concepts into actionable business solutions.
• Capacity to comprehend business operations and client needs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional proficiency in verbal and written English communication.
• Organized and proactive demeanor.
• Interest or experience with AI solutions, automation tools, or digital transformation services is advantageous.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of managing tasks independently in a remote work setting.
