This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Meet sales objectives through effective outreach, consistency, and call metrics (minimum of 6 calls daily).
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the pharmacy sector.
• Advocate for the iNova OTC product lineup in accordance with established cycle plans.
• Formulate and implement successful territory and account strategies.
• Identify and expand opportunities with both current and prospective clients.
• Oversee and monitor LAM and co-op investments to ensure a robust return on investment.
• Deliver in-store product training and conduct group education sessions.
• Uphold high standards of merchandising in alignment with Sales & Marketing strategies.
• Ensure precise CRM documentation, reporting, and adherence to administrative protocols.
• Provide insights on competitors and engage actively in both state and national team initiatives.
• Manage expenses within the prescribed budgetary limits.
• Demonstrated sales experience with a solid understanding of the sales cycle.
• Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills and the capability to influence outcomes.
• Proficient in data analysis and transforming insights into actionable strategies.
• Clear and confident in both written and verbal communication.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities (both internal and external).
• Proficient in computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Science, or a related field is highly valued.
• A valid Driver’s Licence is required.
