This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Engage and interact with fans through various chat platforms.
• Perform outbound prospecting and qualify leads via digital channels.
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to successful deal closure.
• Maintain precise records in the CRM and create tailored offers.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams to enhance outcomes.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• C1/C2 English proficiency (both written and verbal) – Required.
• Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and written communication skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
• Highly self-motivated and organized, suitable for remote work.
• Payments are made bi-monthly in USD.
