This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Interact with prospective customers exclusively through warm inbound leads, with no requirement for cold calling or outbound efforts.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline utilizing CRM and sales prospecting tools.
• Carry out discovery discussions to identify customer requirements and suggest appropriate solutions and programs.
• Consistently follow up on leads to advance opportunities through the enrollment process.
• Competently address objections and finalize sales opportunities.
• Keep precise records of leads, pipeline, and enrollment data.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance conversion rates and sales methodologies.
• Regularly strive to achieve enrollment and revenue goals.
• A minimum of 2 years of demonstrated sales experience.
• Significant experience with CRM platforms for nurturing inbound pipelines (such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
• Previous B2C sales or customer-facing experience is strongly preferred. B2B experience may be relevant, but robust direct-to-consumer sales experience is favored.
• Strong closing abilities with a proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Outstanding English communication skills (both spoken and written), with a near-native Australian, American, or highly neutral accent.
• A confident communicator who quickly establishes rapport.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable working within a target-driven remote setting.
• Strong discipline in follow-up, organization, and time management.
• Genuine care, empathy, and patience towards our students and parents. Recommend and sell only programs that will genuinely set them up for success.
• High attention to detail - must avoid consistent errors in invoicing and scheduling prospects incorrectly in terms of class, time, or location. This includes timely follow-ups.
• Highly open to feedback - eager and motivated to learn from and implement advice when given.
• Outcome-focused: Ensure no empty inbound pipeline for the day (up until 9 PM) - leaving no prospect uncontacted.
