This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.
• Actively engage with customers, establish new connections, and enhance relationships with existing clients by presenting *Lapp* products and solutions to secure customer approval.
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as trade shows, customer demonstrations, and other promotional events, including showcasing prototypes and solutions.
• Finalize sales transactions and deliver after-sales support services.
• Leverage value propositions to adopt a value-based selling strategy.
• Regularly update customer relationship data and document visit reports in both ERP and CRM systems.
• Investigate current market trends and stay informed about new technological products and solutions.
• Maintain constant communication with team members and share insights regarding planned visits, customer requirements, and other crucial information to promote teamwork.
• A technical qualification or an equivalent degree in engineering (University level).
• Prior experience in active outdoor sales or customer service roles.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Technical skills and knowledge of the industry.
• Strong goal orientation.
• Capability to self-initiate and motivate.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Salary ranging from 2800 to 3500 EUR/month (gross).
• Performance-based bonus scheme with a maximum annual bonus of up to 20K.
