This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Identify and discover target companies (Decision Makers) that align with the HintEd product's ICP.
• Conduct demonstrations, identify potential clients (warm leads), and hand them over to the Account Executive.
• Manage the pipeline of potential clients using the HubSpot CRM platform.
• Independently gather and expand the customer base.
• Handle cold leads.
• Communicate with companies via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Analyze over 10 companies daily and follow up on potential clients.
• Qualify potential clients, identifying their pain points and needs.
• Inform potential clients about the HintEd product.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales within the IT sector (experience in selling SaaS products is a plus).
• Native Spanish proficiency.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in sourcing and communicating with Decision Makers in companies.
• Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., automation tools, contact search tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist).
• Experience with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Willingness to develop new IT SaaS competencies.
• Creativity and readiness to generate ideas.
• An innovative individual capable of taking on responsibilities.
• Persistence, attention to detail, and a sense of responsibility.
• Always available during working hours, punctual and organized.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• High level of both English and Spanish.
• Residency in Chile.
