This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
β’ Lead the complete sales process for enterprise accounts by establishing robust, trust-based relationships with district stakeholders.
β’ Create and implement a thorough territory strategy for new sales, renewals, and services to enhance market presence and meet sales objectives.
β’ Utilize data to construct, oversee, and consistently improve territory forecasts in partnership with sales leadership.
β’ Regularly evaluate the competitive environment by collecting market intelligence and developing a comprehensive understanding of distinct district priorities.
β’ Cultivate strong, influential connections with key stakeholders through regular in-person district visits, engagement in regional events, and support for implementations.
β’ Conduct consistent check-ins with districts to ensure successful implementations and to facilitate access to implementation resources.
β’ Over 5 years of sales experience, ideally within the educational sector, demonstrating a proven ability to meet or surpass sales goals.
β’ Extensive understanding of educational programs, curricula, and pedagogy, with the capability to clearly and persuasively communicate the value of educational solutions.
β’ Proven track record of managing and expanding a sales pipeline within a specific territory, utilizing CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
β’ Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams, especially working alongside Pre-Sales, Success, and Implementation teams to drive customer success.
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or Liberal Arts.
