Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, providing guidance via phone and written communication regarding loan comparisons.

• You will assist customers from the initial interaction through to the completion of the contract, supporting them at every stage.

• Through a comprehensive needs analysis, you will identify what our customers truly require and help them discover the best loan options.

• You will aid our customers in meeting their needs — without any cold calling, as all customers have proactively submitted their information to us.

• With the help of our modern communication tools and the digital signing options offered by our partners, you can enjoy a productive workday without hindrances.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have acquired initial experience in customer-facing positions (e.g., sales, telesales, retail).

• You possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate an open and professional demeanor over the phone.

• You are known for your reliability and a dedicated approach to work.

• You are eager to learn, highly motivated, and wish to grow alongside us.

• You are fluent in German, both in spoken and written form.

• Ideally, you have completed vocational training in a commercial field.
