Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Present, promote, and sell our services utilizing effective closing techniques to potential customers through phone calls and emails.

• Assess the needs of prospective clients.

• Exhibit strong persuasive abilities and adeptness in handling objections.

• Continuously enhance sales skills to meet quotas and advance as sales professionals.

• Build, cultivate, and sustain positive relationships with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of robust experience in sales is essential!

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-driven with the ability to learn independently.

• Strong persuasive capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• A conducive home office environment (quiet space, Microsoft System PC, high-speed internet connection, and the ability to activate webcam at all times).

• Availability for 5 shifts per week, with flexible scheduling.

• Preferred: Experience in telephone sales.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
