Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Present, promote, and sell services to potential customers via phone and email.

• Assess the needs of prospective customers.

• Exhibit strong persuasion and objection management abilities.

• Commit to continuous improvement in sales techniques to meet quotas and advance as sales professionals.

• Build, develop, and sustain positive relationships with customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of proven sales experience is required.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-driven with robust self-learning capabilities.

• Confident, persuasive, and able to sway opinions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• An appropriate home office setup is necessary: a quiet workspace, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and the capability to be on webcam at all times.

• Availability for 5 shifts per week with a flexible schedule.

• Nice to have: Experience in phone-based sales.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
