Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Present, promote, and market the services of eTeacher Group to potential clients via phone and email.

• Assess the needs of prospective customers.

• Exhibit strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.

• Consistently enhance sales skills to meet quotas and advance as a sales professional.

• Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with customers.

• Act as a leader within the Global Sales Team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in English is essential.

• A minimum of 1 year of demonstrated sales experience is required.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-driven with robust self-learning capabilities.

• Confident and persuasive, with the ability to influence others.

• Excellent verbal and written communication proficiency.

• Appropriate home office setup: quiet workspace, Windows PC, high-speed internet, and capability to be on webcam at all times.

• Availability for 5 shifts each week with a flexible schedule.

• Resume must be submitted in English; only CVs in English will be considered.

• Preferred: experience in phone-based sales.

• Preferred: familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
