Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Effectively present, promote, and sell services utilizing robust closing techniques through phone and email communication.

• Evaluate and understand the needs of potential customers.

• Exhibit strong skills in persuasion and handling objections.

• Commit to continuous improvement of sales abilities to meet quotas and advance as sales professionals.

• Build, develop, and sustain positive relationships with customers.

• Native-level proficiency in English.

• A minimum of 2 years of solid sales experience is essential!

• Exceptional interpersonal skills.

• Highly self-motivated with a strong ability for self-directed learning.

• Strong skills in persuasion.

• A suitable home office setting (quiet space, Microsoft System PC, high-speed internet connection, and the capability to activate a webcam at all times).

• Preferred: Experience in sales conducted over the phone.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
