This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Accountable for the growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins in Northern Sweden.
• Develops professional relationships with key personnel within customer accounts.
• Achieves designated targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
• Engages with existing and potential customers to evaluate needs and promote products, solutions, and services.
• Cultivates and maintains robust customer relationships while increasing market share.
• Identifies and converts potential customers from competing businesses.
• Strategizes and implements sales activities to accomplish monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
• Monitors and reports on customer trends, product challenges, and competitive actions.
• Ensures customer data is updated in the CVM system and completes administrative tasks promptly.
• Proven experience in field sales or a comparable customer-facing position.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proficient in analyzing customer and market data.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a geographic territory within budget constraints.
• Willingness to travel regularly; valid driver’s license required.
