📋 Description

• Connect with pre-scheduled warm leads to secure high-value sales.

• Document call data and customer interactions in our CRM system for precise tracking and reporting.

• Collaborate closely with sales and customer service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

• Share actionable insights with marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.

• Sales Closing: Engage with pre-scheduled warm leads to secure high-value sales.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and aligning our offerings accordingly.

• Performance Monitoring: Track your sales metrics and continuously strive to exceed targets.

• CRM Documentation: Record call data and customer interactions in our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to provide a seamless client experience.

• Insightful Feedback: Offer actionable insights to the marketing and production teams based on customer feedback.

• Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Communication Skills: Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.

• Technological Proficiency: A broad understanding of modern online sales-enabling technology is required to efficiently navigate various platforms and tools relevant to the role.

• Cognitive Abilities: Capacity to engage intellectually with our educated customer base, showcasing a deep understanding of our sophisticated educational products.

• Time Management Skills: Proven ability to manage time effectively, particularly in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
