This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual and team objectives.
• Identify and reach out to potential clients within the pharmaceutical sector.
• Effectively present Lilly's products and services to doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain strong and lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Track sales and manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
• Provide relevant market and competitive insights and feedback.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts.
• University degree in Health Sciences or a postgraduate qualification in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving goals.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of working in demanding environments.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Fluency in Catalan.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
