• Take charge of the entire sales process—from identifying and engaging potential insurance agents to successfully closing new business.
• Identify, qualify, and convert insurance agents into clients through a consultative sales approach and diligent follow-up.
• Execute high-volume cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to connect with prospective agents.
• Facilitate effective discovery discussions to comprehend each agent's requirements, budget, and compatibility.
• Manage deals from start to finish—from the initial contact to the first deposit.
• Ensure a consistent and robust pipeline of active opportunities.
• Implement timely, multi-touch follow-up strategies to advance deals.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar field.
• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and managing rejection.
• Capable of handling high activity levels while remaining organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
• Uncapped commission.
• Clear performance expectations.
• Defined opportunities for advancement.
