• Providing guidance to customers on suitable solutions while fostering robust relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Crafting email sequences and swiftly addressing customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Discovering and reaching out to new leads via inbound channels, with follow-ups conducted through email or phone.
• Implementing A/B testing of various strategies to enhance outcomes and boost conversion rates.
• Conducting online demonstrations of our platform to highlight the benefits and features of our products.
• Formulating and negotiating offers to finalize deals with prospective clients.
• Identifying additional value and benefits to upsell to current customers.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, demonstrating a successful record of achieving and surpassing targets.
• Outstanding English communication abilities, both in writing and speaking, enabling the establishment of rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities: adept at identifying and resolving customer pain points with effective solutions.
• Proficient in using various technology platforms and tools.
• Effective time management skills: capable of managing workloads efficiently and prioritizing tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
• Positive demeanor: able to collaborate well within a team, adapt to changes, and perform effectively under pressure.
