This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Achieve sales targets for the territory by strengthening relationships with existing accounts and developing new hearing implant centers.
• Develop and implement business plans to meet volume and revenue goals.
• Identify business opportunities, understand client needs, and create value-driven strategies.
• Manage relationships with key clinics in the region, including negotiations, administrative processes, and necessary documentation.
• Provide surgical support during procedures involving Cochlear systems (preferred), including intraoperative testing and material logistics.
• University degree in health-related fields (e.g., surgical instrumentation is a plus).
• Postgraduate degree in business or marketing is desirable.
• Native Spanish speaker; English is desirable but not mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales of medical devices and/or high-cost medications.
• Experience in bidding processes and proposal preparation.
• Territory development, opening key accounts, and increasing market share.
• Professional internships.
