This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take full responsibility for achieving or surpassing sales targets and goals within the designated territory.
• Establish strong relationships with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and align them with our solutions.
• Comprehend customer challenges and provide solutions from Breg’s range of products and services to enhance quality and reduce costs in the orthopedic episode.
• Deliver product expertise and training.
• Be accountable for selling, planning, organizing, and executing account management activities.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory, with potential overnight stays required.
• Measure and fit patients with Breg products, complete necessary documentation for insurance billing, and handle Protected Health Information (PHI) with the utmost confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Identify and evaluate potential future accounts and opportunities.
• May provide guidance to other Breg team members in the territory in selling and servicing accounts, such as Associate Sales Representatives, Impact Service Representatives, or others.
• Generate weekly reports on travel (mileage) and other approved expenses, maintaining updated expense account information using Breg’s expense reporting tools.
• Participate in trade shows, customer training events, and other local activities to support Breg’s sales and service efforts.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a science-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Over 2 years of demonstrated success in a medical sales position, with regular interactions with physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers being highly preferred.
• Experience in sales within orthopedic, sports medicine, or surgical markets is strongly preferred.
• Proficient in computer skills, including web browsing, internet searching, as well as MS Outlook, Word, and Excel capabilities.
• Technical proficiency includes the ability to learn new software and systems effectively.
• Previous experience with a Customer Relations Management (CRM) system is highly preferred.
