This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing deals.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach and networking efforts.
• Create and oversee a robust territory strategy.
• Prepare precise and competitive quotes and proposals.
• Monitor and document pipeline activities within CRM systems.
• Foster and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct virtual sales meetings (approximately five per week).
• Travel around one week per month to enhance client engagement and growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of sales experience within the refinery or petrochemical sector.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in:
• - Industrial cleaning
• - Piping or related services
• Background with organizations such as:
• - Clean Harbors
• - HydroChem (HPC)
• - DeBusk
• - Evergreen
• - Badger Vortex
• - Insituform
• Experience selling to refineries, total safety, pump companies including Herc Rental, Sunbelt, United Rentals, Malco Viori, Structural Technologies - Civil, Apache, Brand Safeway.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a territory and maintain a pipeline.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly in presenting through virtual platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams).
• Highly self-driven and capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
