This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• The incumbent will be tasked with creating and executing strategies to enhance market share within the designated territory.
• Responsible for promoting and selling to commercial hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers, and Federal Government accounts.
• Meet the sales performance targets as outlined in the sales/quota plan.
• Identify and define key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies, and effectively guide sales direction to penetrate existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Successfully complete sales training and remain updated on competitors and market dynamics by participating in corporate updates and ongoing training sessions.
• Skilled in delivering presentations to both individuals and large groups regarding all products and relevant company programs.
• Create a territory business plan to ensure the achievement of monthly revenue targets and long-term sustainable growth; make necessary adjustments in collaboration with the Regional Sales Director to address potential sales issues promptly, ensuring monthly and quarterly quotas are met.
• Perform all job functions in ways that promote a high level of customer service for both internal and external customers.
• Foster positive team relationships and maintain open communication with the Regional Director, Marketing, Clinical, Reimbursement, Customer Care, administrative personnel, and Senior Management to accomplish corporate objectives.
• Attend industry conferences as required.
• Operate within the assigned expense budget.
• Ensure all activities align with and adhere to Amniox corporate policies.
• In addition to direct selling responsibilities, collaborate with the Marketing team to provide field insights on market trends and changes.
• Work with Marketing on new programs as necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Basic internet navigation skills.
• Proven ability to analyze markets, plan sales strategies, and effectively present scientific and clinical data to physicians, nursing staff, and economic buyers.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably within the medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue sectors.
• Previous experience in high-growth organizations focused on building market share.
