This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +6 more states.
• Achieve or surpass set daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Cultivate new business prospects while nurturing and expanding current customer accounts across the Southeast territory.
• Establish robust customer relationships through in-person meetings, jobsite visits, networking, and ongoing communication.
• Assess customer needs and propose crane, rigging, and heavy lift solutions that meet project specifications.
• Develop and actively advocate for value-added solutions for intricate and technical lifting applications.
• Oversee existing accounts to enhance customer relationships and boost revenue growth within the territory.
• Identify opportunities to broaden project scope, cross-sell services, and enhance account penetration.
• Provide precise job estimates, coordinate projects, and ensure thorough customer follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with operations, dispatch, project management, and other internal teams to meet customer expectations and project deadlines successfully.
• Grasp relevant mechanical, structural, and operational project requirements to advise customers effectively.
• Maintain an organized approach to account management, pipeline tracking, and sales activity documentation in CRM systems.
• Investigate and pursue new markets, customers, and project opportunities within the assigned region.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, adapting to various personalities and communication styles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in the crane, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial services sectors.
• Preferably, existing relationships and/or sales experience within the Southeast region, particularly in TN, AL, GA, KY, VA, NC, and FL.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business, finalize sales opportunities, and maintain vital customer accounts.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to comprehend technical project requirements and convey operational solutions effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to juggle multiple priorities concurrently.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast territory as necessary.
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
