This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers.
• Oversee account management, sales initiatives, and the attainment of sales objectives.
• Manage customer transactions, including inquiries about order status, claims, and order tracking.
• Provide assistance and support to fellow customers and team members.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in effective communication techniques via telephone, chat, and email, along with customer care skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel is necessary.
