This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Promote, ensure, and advance the sales of medical solutions tailored for operating rooms (such as operating tables and surgical lights) to healthcare professionals within your assigned territory.
• Identify, prospect, and maintain connections with regional public and private targets.
• Execute action plans for your territory, including scheduling, activities, resource allocation, and budgeting.
• Manage forecasts and maintain comprehensive and accurate information in SFDC.
• Collaborate with Commercial Management to create offerings that align with customer needs while adhering to Baxter’s national strategy.
• Sell service contracts during the point of sale process.
• Proven experience of at least 2 to 5 years in a sales position within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with the hospital environment and the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of the operating room setting is an advantage.
• Experience in managing regional healthcare institutions (e.g., general hospitals, university hospitals, clinics).
• Background in developing a regional business plan.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction through training plans, satisfaction assessments, delivery, and more.
• Optimize internal resources to facilitate every phase of the project.
• Engage in the invoice collection processes.
