This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Engage in prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding home improvement dealers onto LHI’s financing platform, ensuring they remain active and engaged in transactions.
• Identify and qualify home improvement contractors specializing in roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, bathrooms, and general remodeling.
• Demonstrate LHI’s platform and guide dealers through loan products, offer structures, and the funding process.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new dealers from the signing of agreements to their first funded deal.
• Maintain an active dealer book through regular touchpoints, usage coaching, and re-engagement efforts when transaction volume declines.
• Document all activities in HubSpot and ensure accurate pipeline records are maintained.
• Work collaboratively with the LHI operations team to ensure a smooth progression of deals through underwriting and funding processes.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home improvement sales, including roofing, windows, siding, HVAC, kitchens, bathrooms, or related fields.
• Proven experience using financing to close deals, with an understanding of payment conversations and their effectiveness.
• Comfortable with a high-volume outbound approach; calls, follow-ups, and pipeline management should come naturally.
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM; you actively log your activities and maintain an accurate pipeline.
• Self-motivated and accountable; this role features income potential linked to your output, and this drives your motivation.
• Preferred: Experience in selling or operating within a financing program at the dealer or contractor level (such as GreenSky, Mosaic, Synchrony, EnerBank, or similar).
• An existing network of home improvement contractors that you can leverage.
• Knowledge of point-of-sale financing and an understanding of loan product structures.
• Contractor-focused product developed by individuals who truly understand the trades, rather than a fintech company trying to navigate the industry.
• Competitive loan offerings: unsecured loans up to $100K, with a FICO floor of 600, 180-day approval validity, promotional, and deferred interest options.
