This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Oversee a substantial territory of customer accounts
• Act as the main point of contact following the sale
• Enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and drive business growth
• Interact with clients via in-person meetings and digital platforms
• Address inquiries and provide consultative support
• Implement sales strategies and create performance reports
• Guide and mentor junior sales representatives
• Play a role in shaping the regional sales strategy
• Manage negotiations, sales, installations, and product/service deliveries
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
• 3-5 years of experience in a sophisticated sales environment
• Demonstrated history of measurable sales achievements
• Experience in business-to-business sales
• Understanding of a solution-based selling methodology
• Familiarity with sales processes like SPIN, Challenger, and Miller Heiman
• Proficient in technology systems such as Salesforce.com and Qlikview
• Background in scientific or manufacturing research is preferred
• Possession of a valid Driver's License
