This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Proactive prospecting: identify new opportunities, engage with target companies, and cultivate a robust network in Montreal and the Outaouais region.
• Client engagement: actively reach out and meet with potential clients to comprehend their needs and foster trustworthy relationships; collaborate with companies in service, construction, transportation, and property management aiming to enhance their operations.
• Tailored presentations: effectively demonstrate the ProgressionLIVE solution, articulating clear and persuasive benefits (such as time efficiency, error reduction, and increased profitability) customized to various sectors.
• Negotiation & closing: transform leads into successful sales by utilizing your persuasive abilities and showcasing the solution’s value.
• Follow-up & retention: deliver an exceptional post-sale customer experience, ensure satisfaction, and create new business opportunities.
• Strategic input: provide field insights to the marketing and product teams to refine our strategies and align our offerings with actual market demands.
• Target achievement: efficiently manage your sales pipeline, keep your CRM updated, and reach established targets.
• Bilingual (French & English): our clientele spans Canada; you will communicate in both languages during in-person meetings, calls, emails, and presentations.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on field prospecting.
• Self-driven, tenacious, and possessing strong negotiation abilities.
• Organized and disciplined, capable of managing multiple opportunities at once.
• Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel within Montreal and the Outaouais region.
• Proficient with digital tools (CRM, presentations, video conferencing).
• 4-day workweek.
