This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and its clients, distributors, and partners within designated regions of Poland.
• Design and implement marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and boosting sales of valve products.
• Discover new business prospects and generate leads through market analysis and networking initiatives.
• Deliver product information and technical specifications to prospective clients.
• Engage with clients to discuss specifications, leading to quotations and tender submissions.
• Assist in the sales process by preparing proposals and facilitating contract approvals with management.
• Foster strong relationships with current customers to ensure repeat business and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to provide insights to management.
• Provide regular updates on sales activities, market conditions, and progress in business development.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the valve industry.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Required knowledge and experience in distributor and OEM business.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities, along with effective negotiation and closing skills to drive sales.
• Exceptional presentation skills for showcasing ARI products and services to clients.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
