This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Cultivates and maintains a high-quality client base of Agents.
• Manages a marketing initiative aimed at attracting potential agents while ensuring the upkeep of current customers.
• Agency Representatives collaborate with division/regional management and legal advisors to ensure effective management of agents.
• They are responsible for nurturing customer relationships and meeting the ongoing needs of clients.
• Establishes client connections, acquires new business from fresh customers, and enhances business with the existing clientele.
• Gathers lists of potential customers for sales leads, utilizing sources such as newspapers, business directories, industry advertisements, trade shows, online platforms, referrals, and more.
• Formulates and implements a calling strategy for the assigned territory, including outreach and appointments with potential agents.
• Maintains a strong presence in the marketing area by participating in title insurance industry events and relevant organizations.
• Skillfully creates, modifies, and delivers presentations to groups of customers, target clients, and other stakeholders.
• Evaluates individual client requirements and devises, presents, and implements tailored plans to address those needs.
• Engages proactively with clients and responds promptly, fulfilling the Westcor services platform in collaboration with administrative support, underwriting counsel, and regional management.
• High School Diploma.
• 2 – 5 years of successful experience in the Title/Real Estate industry.
• Proven success in meeting and surpassing sales targets.
• Capable of listening to customers to understand their needs and goals for better response and solution provision.
• Employs diplomacy and tact in all professional interactions.
• Shows persistence, determination, and consistency in pursuing revenue opportunities.
• Possesses strong interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Able to persuade and influence others effectively.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Adaptable, with the flexibility to modify strategies according to changing circumstances.
• Knowledgeable about the market and competition, with the ability to recognize external threats and opportunities.
