This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.
β’ Conduct scheduled phone or video consultations with warm, qualified leads.
β’ Guide prospective students through our program offerings and the enrollment process.
β’ Utilize a consultative approach to identify goals, address concerns, and influence enrollment decisions.
β’ Maintain a robust pipeline through consistent follow-up and effective calendar management.
β’ Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets.
β’ Proven ability to close sales with a history of exceeding quotas in B2C, enrollment, or consultative sales.
β’ Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by income potential.
β’ Excellent communication skills with strong empathy, persuasive abilities, and follow-up expertise.
β’ Well-organized and self-disciplined, capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
β’ Tech-savvy and comfortable utilizing CRM tools and video conferencing platforms.
