Sales Representative – Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California, Mountain Time Zone of Texas

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Promote sophisticated odor control, disinfection, and wastewater solutions to municipal agencies throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and the Mountain Time Zone of Texas.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key municipal officials, gaining insights into their regulatory and operational challenges.

• Interact with clients through face-to-face visits, virtual meetings, and strategic presentations, employing a consultative approach.

• Develop and present tailored quotes, technical proposals, and product demonstrations.

• Facilitate customer interactions such as lunch and learns, webinars, and trade shows to educate and amplify influence.

• Address customer inquiries promptly, providing customized solutions based on industry expertise and product knowledge.

• Manage and progress opportunities throughout all sales stages within the CRM, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.

• Keep abreast of relevant regulations, technologies, and industry trends to remain a trusted advisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in chemistry, engineering, business, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience or equivalent work experience that offers exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.

• Prior experience as a sales representative or business development manager in a similar industry.

• Proficient in integrated business management and CRM software, such as MS Dynamics and SalesForce.

• Advanced understanding of solution selling, business development, and brand expansion.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
