• Create and execute effective account-based selling strategies for the Alzheimer’s portfolio in Portugal, utilizing digital tools and platforms for customer interaction.
• Oversee accounts thoroughly across various specialties, ensuring patient flow within the designated sales territory, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing product penetration.
• Identify and map Alzheimer’s Disease stakeholders to facilitate early and accurate diagnosis of patients who qualify for treatment.
• Develop plans based on insights derived from multiple sources, including digital analytics, to craft and implement impactful account strategies.
• Consistently visit healthcare professionals and physicians to share product information, address inquiries, and provide scientific support, both face-to-face and through virtual channels.
• Timely and accurately report sales activities and market trends utilizing company systems and digital reporting tools.
• Organize and engage in promotional events, congresses, and scientific meetings to enhance product visibility and foster relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Collaborate with various departments, including marketing, ecosystem managers, KAM, and medical affairs, to ensure the successful implementation of commercial strategies.
• Exhibit teamwork, humility, and a readiness to support and learn from colleagues.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the Alzheimer’s diagnostic landscape, our products, competitors, and the pharmaceutical market.
• Leverage CRM systems, data analytics, and digital marketing resources to enhance territory management and customer engagement.
• Integrate digital trends and solutions into daily operations to improve sales effectiveness.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences is preferred.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Reside in Portugal and possess authorization to work locally.
• Professional background in life sciences or pharmaceutical sales, preferably with neurology or CNS experience.
• Capability to identify and engage key stakeholders in the Alzheimer’s care pathway.
• General understanding or eagerness to learn about the Portuguese health system.
• Strong learning agility, self-motivation, teamwork, and emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven experience in utilizing digital tools for sales, customer engagement, and territory management.
• Experience with CRM systems, virtual presentations, and digital marketing is highly regarded.
• Background in launching new products within the CNS/neurology sector.
• Demonstrated business ownership, customer experience, and results orientation.
