Sales Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage the selection process by identifying and evaluating candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, facilitating in-person interviews, and collecting feedback from both clients and candidates.

• Establish and nurture a robust network of candidates through market analysis and continuous bench management.

• Create an innovative and proactive recruitment strategy to attract both passive and active candidates.

• Present top-tier talent for open roles and address any objections that arise during the hiring process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers (clients) on final selections, compensation discussions, and recruitment processes, emphasizing value addition and prioritizing client needs.

• Ensure that weekly and monthly submission and hiring targets are achieved.

• Maintain and update reports, including applicant tracking system data and other related administrative duties.

• Demonstrated capability to proficiently manage all facets of recruitment, encompassing competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiation, and closing candidates while attaining results in a high-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.

• Proven ability to surpass performance expectations and objectives, as well as to implement feedback effectively to reach desired results.

• Strong client orientation and dedication to continuous improvement.

• Capability to execute recruitment strategies, including a clear understanding of RPO and client relationships.

• Excellent time management skills, adaptability to change, and flexibility in response to shifting directions and priorities.

• Demonstrated proficiency in computer usage, including intermediate MS Office skills, experience with applicant tracking systems, and a strong presence on social media.
