This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process for sales positions across various continents.
• Evaluate candidates based on their sales capabilities, communication proficiency, motivation, and alignment with company culture.
• Conduct systematic interviews and deliver comprehensive evaluations of candidates.
• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines to address both ongoing and urgent hiring demands.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Ensure swift and effective hiring processes while upholding quality standards.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, conversion rates, pipeline quality, and offer acceptance rates.
• Continuously enhance sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies.
• Aid in employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier sales talent.
• A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a focus on sales or commercial positions.
• Strong comprehension of sales roles, performance indicators, and KPI-driven environments.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume hiring settings.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Experience in recruiting Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Executives (AEs), or high-performing sales teams.

• Familiarity with outbound sourcing tactics and LinkedIn Recruiter.
