• Proficient in proactive sourcing using diverse recruitment platforms or databases.

• Solid grasp of recruitment methodologies including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at working independently.

• Capability to work remotely.
