This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of the entire recruitment process for Sales positions in LATAM/US — from sourcing candidates to offer acceptance — autonomously and with measurable results.
• Ensure adherence to local labor market regulations and cultural hiring practices across LATAM countries and the US.
• Reduce Time-to-Hire for essential commercial roles while upholding Quality-of-Hire standards to decrease early attrition rates.
• Act as a trusted strategic ally to LATAM and US Sales Leadership, supplying market insights, salary benchmarking data, and best practices for candidate experience.
• Maintain the accuracy of recruitment data in the ATS and generate consistent weekly KPI reports (funnel conversion rates, pipeline health, sourcing channel effectiveness).
• Enhance and promote Omilia's employer brand in the LATAM and US markets through every candidate interaction and participation in regional career events.
• Actively source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and professional networks, focusing on the Conversational AI and SaaS industries.
• Collaborate with the VP of Business Development and Director of Premier Sales to establish role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria for each vacant position.
• Conduct structured behavioral and cultural fit interviews; coordinate and assess technical evaluations and Omilia Pitch simulations for sales candidates.
• Oversee the Omilia Employee Referral Process for the LATAM and USA regions, including eligibility verification, candidate tracking, and timely communication with referring employees.
• Develop and maintain a proactive pipeline of Sales talent across LATAM and the US through ongoing relationship management, not just in response to open positions.
• Keep accurate, updated candidate records and requisition data in the ATS; provide weekly recruitment dashboards to HR and Sales stakeholders.
• Manage offer processes, including compensation structuring, negotiation support, and pre-boarding communication in alignment with regional compensation structures.
• Work with HR Operations on onboarding coordination for LATAM and US Sales hires, ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance to Day 1.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Sales or Commercial hiring within the SaaS or broader Tech sector.
• Proven expertise in the LATAM and US talent market, with direct hiring experience.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) — essential for daily communication with stakeholders and managing candidates.
• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, or similar), and productivity/reporting tools.
• Strong behavioral interviewing and assessment capabilities, with the ability to evaluate sales competencies such as commercial acumen, resilience, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple open requisitions concurrently in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Solid knowledge of employment law and hiring compliance standards across major LATAM and US jurisdictions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of representing Omilia credibly to senior sales candidates and executive stakeholders.
• Nice to have:
• Fluency in Portuguese — a significant advantage due to the size of the Brazilian market.
• Experience in recruiting for Conversational AI, CCaaS, or related enterprise technology sectors.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and their role in tracking sales-related hiring metrics.
• Previous involvement in employer branding initiatives or talent marketing campaigns in LATAM.
• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, AIRS) or formal recruitment training.
