Sales Recruiter – Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Actively recruit companies and match talent with job openings.

• Maintain relationships with both candidates and employers to foster long-term collaborations.

• Contribute to enhancing our recruitment strategies and processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Well-developed commercial insight, with a willingness to make phone calls.

• Affinity for the target group and interest in refugees, asylum seekers, and status holders.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate others.

• Empathy, patience, and respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds.

• Availability for a minimum of 24 hours per week, with flexibility in working hours.

• Experience in sales recruiting, preferably at least 1 year.

• Fluent in Dutch and preferably at least one other language, such as Arabic or English.
