Sales Recruiter, B2B SaaS, Contract to Hire

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for SDR and AE positions across the client's offices in Denver, Chicago, and Phoenix.

• Schedule at least 15 new candidate meetings weekly through proactive outbound sourcing efforts.

• Maintain a healthy screen-to-hire ratio for the business; promptly recalibrate with hiring managers when ratios deviate significantly.

• Strive for an 80% acceptance rate for job offers.

• Ensure that candidates navigate through a structured process smoothly and predictably.

• Provide coaching to candidates on pacing and presence throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to continually refine the profile of successful candidates, utilizing funnel data to identify when adjustments to sourcing or interview models are necessary.

• Accurately and enthusiastically represent the client's culture and value proposition to a dynamic, high-volume pool of candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive expertise in sales recruiting (SDR, AE, and/or Account Management); comfortable discussing sales organization structure, compensation models, and characteristics of a strong sales hire.

• Currently engaged in hands-on, full-cycle recruiting within a high-volume sourcing environment.

• Proven track record of hiring for a high-volume outbound sales process, capable of maintaining a rigorous weekly sourcing cadence and a tightly managed, well-calibrated funnel.

• Proficient in using Greenhouse ATS.

• Skilled in direct sourcing, with active utilization of LinkedIn Recruiter project folders.

• Capable of managing and justifying funnel metrics: meetings generated, screen-to-hire ratio, and offer acceptance rate.

• Employ an active AI workflow for administrative tasks and market insights, while understanding that AI tools should not replace fundamental sourcing and screening judgment.
