This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete recruitment process for Account Executive, Business Development, and senior sales positions across Argano's various service lines and locations.
• Create and execute thorough recruitment strategies aimed at attracting top-tier sales talent.
• Establish and sustain a proactive talent pipeline of high-achieving sales professionals.
• Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, competitor analysis, events, and referrals.
• Collaborate with leadership to gain a comprehensive understanding of the needs of each Business Unit, including target verticals and deal size expectations.
• Formulate proactive recruitment strategies that align with the organization's growth goals.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in full-cycle executive sales recruiting.
• At least 4+ years of experience specifically recruiting for technical sales positions.
• Proven success in recruiting candidates for technical sales roles.
• A solid track record of successfully closing executive, senior sales, and account manager positions.
• Strong understanding of executive search methodologies and talent mapping techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to establish credibility with executives, hiring leaders, and candidates alike.
