Sales Recovery Specialist – Pet Supplements

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Actively engage with customers who have left items in their carts to recover potential sales.

• Assist pet owners in identifying the appropriate products for their dogs’ requirements.

• Address customer inquiries and alleviate concerns regarding products.

• Establish trust, tackle objections, emphasize product value, and convert interested prospects into completed sales.

• Transform potential buyers into dedicated, repeat customers.

• Collaborate closely with leadership and utilize training resources to enhance conversion rates and customer engagement.

• Align sales activities with company operations.

• Operate remotely using various communication tools and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly motivated, self-driven, and inspired by growth and excellence in sales.

• Possess knowledge, experience, or a strong passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, beginning at 8 AM CST.

• Access to reliable internet and necessary equipment.

• A fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer.

• Functional microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to run the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom at the same time.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload dedicated bandwidth.

• Latency of approximately 150ms or less.

• Jitter of approximately 30ms or less.

• Packet loss of approximately 1% or less.
