This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Conduct regular, systematic, and thorough follow-ups with designated clients
• Recognize and leverage sales opportunities
• Adhere to and implement internal guidelines, processes, and protocols
• Oversee a high-value client portfolio
• Perform frequent visits to assigned clients
• Research, evaluate, and track new projects
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable position
• Degree in engineering or a related field (HVAC, energy, mechanical, etc.)
• Strong persuasion abilities, results-driven, and confident in negotiations
• Native-level proficiency in French and a strong command of German (mandatory)
• Proficiency in English is an advantage
