This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily management, optimization, and support of our sales gamification and incentive platform.
• Ensure the platform operates seamlessly, users receive effective support, and sales programs are implemented accurately and punctually.
• Serve as the main point of contact for inquiries related to the platform, addressing issues, and driving continuous improvements.
• Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and technology partners.
• Manage and administer the sales gamification and incentive platform, ensuring its accuracy, reliability, and alignment with sales initiatives.
• Configure programs, challenges, leaderboards, scoring criteria, and rewards within the platform.
• Monitor platform performance, data integrity, and user engagement to guarantee optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular audits and validations to detect and rectify discrepancies.
• Act as the primary support resource for platform users, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting problems.
• Develop and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training resources.
• Assist with onboarding and continuous education for both new and existing users.
• Investigate reported issues by examining system data, configurations, and workflows.
• Determine root causes and propose solutions or process enhancements.
• Track recurring issues and work collaboratively on long-term resolutions to reduce support requests.
• Support reporting and analysis regarding participant engagement, performance, and platform adoption.
• Validate outcomes and outputs to ensure programs are executed as intended.
• Identify opportunities to enhance platform usability, processes, and user experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with sales gamification, incentives, or performance management platforms.
• Background in sales enablement, sales operations, or performance analytics.
• Experience collaborating with vendors or third-party technology partners.
• A bachelor's degree in an analytical field, organizational performance, or behavioral economics is preferred.
• Over 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales programs, systems administration, or a similar role.
• Experience providing support to users in a technical or system-based setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to investigate issues independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data validation.
• Professional office environment.
